Well did you know that stress is actually a disease……No I don’t think so….. We always hear the word stress in our everyday life. But what is stress actually? It can affect anyone, and often it is the most dedicated who get sick. Why is that? Stress is the changes that occur in the body and in the brain when we are overloaded with our feelings and thoughts, or outside of such work. These changes are caused by stress hormones that gets released when we are under pressure.

How to avoid stress

There are various tools you can use in order to avoid being stressed.

Are you suffering from stress; it is not always easy to get started on a different lifestyle. But you can start with a few simple things. Among other things, be sure to get some fresh air to clear your mind.

You should also remember to relax or do what you love the most, whether it is to listen to your favorite music or playing with your children. And there are several options.

You can….
  •        Exercise
  •          Take a nap (power nap)
  •          Meditate or do yoga
  •          Listen to music
  •          Surround yourselves with people you love
  •          Cultivate a hobby

It is important that you learn to focus on the things that make you happy, and try to forget the things you can’t do anything about.

Get support from people in your family, at work and in the circle of friends that you trust. Sometimes it can help just to talk about what is bothering you.

And finally: Try to solve the conflicts that torment you in your everyday life.

We have all tried comfort eating from time to time. It may start as an innocent thing when we are stressed, bored, lonely or sad and want to cheer ourselves up by eating. Most of us do it without even knowing it. It often occurs with drinking a cup of coffee with a couples biscuits, or that naughty bar of chocolate bar from the supermarket. We’ve enjoyed the first one so much, that we are tempted to have more because of the “pleasure” we are feeling.

For some people it gets completely out of hand. It might begin with “oh I’m feeling a little down today I have to eat something sugared”. At first you don’t really give it any thought because you simply think that you have a bad day. In the long run it starts to get so out of hand that is like their drug. They are addicted to eat in any case they are feeling stressed, bored, lonely or sad. In reality, they are hiding from the truth and don’t want to face their problem, and by eating they think that they have some kind of control left.

To get rid of comfort eating, there are things you can do. Keeping yourself occupied is a good way to forget the temptation for food. If you feel peckish, but suspect it might be because you are bored, do something you enjoy like watching a movie. You can even eat popcorn it’s not too naughty if you are feeling like chewing on something. While you are in the process of quitting comfort eating, don’t cut it out all in once. It’s healthy to eat the foods you are craving but it’s a good idea to try and eat less of it. Will power is the key.

Procrastination can be a big issue for many, which prevent them from achieving what they want, so what should we do to prevent procrastination?

In many cases we hear the two most frequently used phrases when we talk about procrastination is "I'll feel more like doing it tomorrow." Or "I work best under pressure." But in reality, they do not feel like the next day or work best under pressure. These two are the most common and is used almost everyday. In addition they protect their self-image by saying "that's not important." Another thing they take solace in is that time pressure makes them more creative. Unfortunately, they do not prove to be more creative, they can only feel that way. They waste their resources.

Their main problem is that they actively seek distractions, especially those who do not take a lot of commitment on their part. Checking e-mail or other social media is almost perfect for this purpose. They distract themselves as a way to regulate their emotions, because they are afraid to fail them self. They take the easy way out, which is in many cases denial.
To prevent procrastination there are many things that can be changed. The easiest solution is to break your work into little steps, so you don’t have to do it all at once. Another thing you can do is to change your environment, because the environment around you can affect how our productivity level is. Or you can choose to do it in the hard way by just do it because it ultimately boils down to act. You can do all the work at once, but if you do not take action, nothing will happen!

The first thing you should do is that you have to define what happiness is for you. Happiness can be anything from food to work. There is no limit to happiness. It is entirely up to ourselves when we think we have achieved our goal. Happiness comes from our own actions. We shouldn’t wait for the joy to come by itself, but instead do something to make it happen. There is various ways to achieve happiness, but a good idea is to stay away from all the negative things that are around you, that can influence on the achievement of happiness. Even the smallest things can make us happy, but we must share the happiness before we enjoy it. Most people think that happiness is all about money, but there is more to happiness than money. Our greatest happiness does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed us, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits. We should be happy for what we have and not think of what others have. When we are pleased with what we are, it's happiness. The secret of happiness is to admire without desiring. Everyone chases after happiness, not noticing that happiness is right at their heels, without realizing it.

Being quiet can have its advantages. Often see many of us, silence as a weakness. In reality can silence be a good thing. Let us take a look at why it can be a good thing to be quiet.

You hear what people are saying. You see their movements. You see their expressions and can interpret what they feel or think. Because you are silent, your attention is fully on the other, and you are focusing on the outside world. So you really can "hear" more when you become quiet, and not just in the aural sense, but in terms of sight and opinion in general.

The more serene and peaceful one is, or quiet in the literal sense, the more comprehension they may have through viewing the world around them.

Sometimes it’s good to be quiet!

What causes attitudes and what do we do with them?

You have probably come across a person with “bad attitude” before. That one person, who gets under your skin, has a terrible attitude and brings one down. When you hear the word “attitude” you probably automatically connect it with something negative. Why? Because most situations we have experienced has been in a negative context.

Let’s face it, attitudes does not come by itself. There can be several reasons for it. The causes could be by someone or something. It’s hard not to take it personally if they direct it to you, but we need to remember that it is most likely coming from somewhere else, and they need to come out with their frustrations which happen to be taken out on us. The person with the “bad attitude” changes the whole atmosphere around, them and it doesn't only affect the person itself but also the people they associate with.

Many times a people who has an attitude is unaware of how they are affecting others. Self awareness is a vital social skill that many people don’t have. You can’t just change others attitudes, they have to see for themselves and want to change.

A good way to prevent getting affected with bad attitude, is by staying positive and don’t let them get you down or get to you. You wonder how much positive attitude can do. Positive attitude can be a very powerful key, and the way to achieve what we desire. But we have to work for it! A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes.

Sometimes being positive isn’t enough when you around negative and rude people. When you with negative people it seems as their energy rubs off on you. Continue to act and do positive things. If you do, you will reap the good benefits of it.

Another thing is to stay away from people who are really negative but it isn’t always possible.  You don’t have to act upon that person’s negativity. You have a choice to be either positive or negative. The easiest way is not to be around negative people unless you absolute have to.

What can we do to prevent chaotic mornings? Well here some solutions.

1.       Get proper sleep

This may be the biggest boost to both your morning and throughout the day. It is important to adjust the sleep habits. Everyone’s individual sleep needs vary. Some experience daytime sleepiness severe enough to interfere with their daily activities.

Many of us are trying to sleep as little as possible or feel that we should have. There are so many things that prevent us from getting a good night's sleep. The simplest is that we think there are other things that are more interesting or important than getting a few hours’ sleep, but just as exercise and nutrition are essential for optimal health and happiness, so is sleep. The quality of your sleep directly affects the quality of your waking life, including your mental sharpness, productivity, emotional balance, creativity, physical vitality, and even your weight. No other activity offers so many benefits with so little effort!

You basically need to go to sleep early enough that when you wake up the next day you feel rested, if you are in doubt, go with eight hours which is about average, or do this experiment to find your perfect bedtime. You can start your day with alerting instead of Snoozy, which can make your mornings feel less chaotic. This alone makes you feel that you have more time (or in the least more energy) available.

2.       Systematize your mornings

It can be small things that can affect your mornings. These small things can make a big difference. Here are some things all of us can do to make the morning less stressful: Start the morning the night before. By shifting all the mindless but essential tasks such as picking out clothes, pack you bag, making breakfast to other times, and even make lunch ahead of time. Simply of those basic things you would have plenty of time available in the mornings.

3.        Create a routine

Divide your habits in morning and evening routine that will ensure you have achieved all the things you had planned for the day. Another thing you also could do is to create a checklist that says what you want / expect to achieve. A checklist is a good way to start a routine of. You can adjust checklist after how you handle things.
Remember to start out with simple 1-10 things you want to achieve. Get more advanced after becoming accustomed to that system. Mix things up, add things, or take away things to change a routine. Clean up at least once a week.

All those things would make the mornings much easier.
